United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) Advanced Helicopter Flight Training Support Services

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, VA is hereby posting a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) Fort Novosel, Alabama. The DRAFT RFP is not a formal solicitation. The DRAFT RFP is designed to reduce proposal preparation time, and promote a clearer understanding of the USAACE requirement. This notice does NOT constitute a formal solicitation and is not a commitment by the Government to procure services.

Responses from interested vendors are not offers and the Government has no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. Interested parties are asked to submit questions, comments, and/or suggestions of the DRAFT documents to the two individuals listed in this announcement by the response due date. All questions shall be submitted via email only.

Note: Responses to the questions received from Industry Day are included in this notice's attachments. The Reference Number for this DRAFT solicitation is DRAFT-RFP-W9124G24R0001 and has changed from the associated Sources Sought Notice Reference Number PANMCC-23-P-0000008879. No amendments to this notice are anticipated to be issued containing responses to vendor submitted questions. The feedback received as a response of this notice will be used to finalize solicitation documents. A formal question and answer opportunity will be identified upon issuance of the formal solicitation.
