Notice of Intent to Sole Source RS Means Online ID

This is an announcement that the Bureau of Land Management, Idaho State Office intends to award a sole source contract to RS Means Company LLC for their RS Means online construction estimating software for approximately 5 licenses for a base plus 2 option period approximately June 10, 2025 to June 9, 2028 under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) Soliciting from a single source.

Attached is the determination that only one source is reasonably available for a FAR part 13 acquisition under the simplified acquisition threshold. This is a Sole Source Notice and not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available with this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received via email no later than 9 JUN 25.
