NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION - This posting serves as notification of the government¿s intent to issue a sole source purchase order. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Idaho State Office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Catalyst Communications Technologies for maintenance of hardware and software updates for the State of Idaho.

The Idaho BLM requires extended maintenance on (Catalyst) items originally covered under warranty from install. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. If you believe your company can meet the requirement listed above, please contact Tom Parsons via email at tparsons@blm.gov prior to 10:00 am MT on August 22, 2024. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
