Description

As published on SAM.gov.

This posting serves as notification of the Government's intent to issue a sole source purchase order. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Idaho State Office intends to award a sole source purchase order with AVI Systems Inc. to upgrade the existing AV systems in conference rooms. The existing equipment was purchased and installed by Neurilink in 2018. Neurilink has been acquired by AVI Systems.

Two (2) rooms at Bureau of Land Management require conferencing upgrades. The Teton conference room needs an MTR-specific system (and BYOM), and the Ponderosa/Sagebrush room requires an upgrade to the existing presentation AV system, which will be strictly BYOD/M conferencing, at times in both combinable rooms simultaneously. Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) is rapidly becoming a normal platform throughout many organizations.

This model allows you to bring your own compute device, connect and HDMI cable and or a USB cable and use whatever platform you would like to use for your meeting via your compute device. You may need to go into your compute device settings and select the QSC audio and camera as part of your profile for the meeting. The connections will allow for use of the in-room peripherals such as a USB camera and microphone. This notice of intent is not a request for quote.

If you believe your company can meet the requirement listed above, please contact Patricia A. Fort via email at pfort@blm.gov prior to 10:00 am MT on March 8, 2024. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted.
