NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD INTEGRA BIOSCIENCES CORP

FWS PA LAMAR NFH INTEGRA VIAFLO PIPETTING NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT Anticipated Contract amount $162,099.99 This announcement constitutes the only notice. This is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses received will be for the sole purpose of market research for future requirements.

Company: INTEGRA BIOSCIENCES CORP In accordance with FAR 8 and 13, the Department of Interior-US Fish and Wildlife Service Joint Administrative Operations-Acquisition and Property Operations-Goods and Services, intends to award a sole source action with Integra Biosciences Corp to provide the following equipment: INTEGRA VIAFLO 96 channel electronic pipetting unit for liquid handling at the USFWS Northeast Fishery Center. The VIAFLOW 96 electronic pipette is manufactured and sold by Integra.

Integra is the only vendor of the VIAFLOW 96 system. Other electronic pipetting systems manufactured and sold by other vendors were evaluated, but only the VIAFLOW 96 system was determined to fully meet the needs of the Northeast Fishery Center Conservation Genetics Lab. Features such as the interchangeable heads, multi-position stage, and GripTip system were critical components identified by NEFC for the system.

This procurement is a sole source requirement and is not a solicitation or a request for competitive proposal. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 5:00 PM ET on July 15, 2024 by sending an email to the Contracting Point of Contact: Lee Ann Riley, Contracting Specialist, lee_riley@fws.gov.

This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this announcement.
