Special Notice to Sole Source

The United States Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), intends to award a firm-fixed price, sole source to Federal Contracts Corp., 12918 N Nebraska Ave., Tampa, FL 33612-4446 for equipment leasing services for the Department of the Interior. The NAICS code is 333120, Construction Machinery Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which, if received within ten (10) calendar days of publication of this notice, for future projects of similar nature. All responses must be submitted via email to Mark Tapp at mark_tapp@fws.gov. A determination by the Government to not open this requirement to competition is solely within the discretion of the Government.
