Industry Day - Air Tactical Group Supervision

The Department of the Interior (DOI) Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), on behalf of the Bureau of Land Management is seeking information for market research purposes to determine the availability of qualified vendors to provide services in support of the Air Tactic Group Supervisor (ATGS) mission to fight wildland fire.

This Special Notice is not a Solicitation but instead for the purpose of notifying industry of a proposed Industry Day, and, providing industry an opportunity to submit comments and propose improvements on the Government¿s draft Specifications. The Government will not award a contract based on this Special Notice, the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide or attendance at Industry Day.

Attendance is strictly voluntary, and any information given by the Government will be disseminated by Amendment to this Special Notice including Questions and Answers from the Industry Day. This Special Notice is for information and planning purposes only and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, obtain proposed improvements from industry, as well as promote future competition.

Location: Best Western Vista Inn at the Airport, 2645 W. Airport Way Boise, Idaho One-on-One Meetings (Tentative)

When:

November 18-20, 2025 Time: 1:00PM ¿ 3:00PM (MST)

This Special Notice will be amended to provide the draft specifications by November 5, 2025. The Industry Day agenda will be finalized by subsequent amendment to this notice. Please submit all questions regarding this Special Notice, or the draft specifications (when provided) by November 12, 2025 at 2PM EST. THIS NOTICE HAS BEEN AMENDED TO GIVE VENDORS ADEQUATE TIME TO REVIEW THE DRAFT SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED AND PROVIDE COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS. SEE AMENDMENT 0002 ATTACHMENTS FOR THE DRAFT SPECIFICATIONS. THIS NOTICE IS BEING AMENDED TO GIVE VENDORS ADEQUATE TIME TO PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE DRAFT SPECIFICATIONS - DUE DATE 12/19/2026 @ 1700 EST.
