Repair of Loader Equipment for BIA, Western Navajo Agency, Branch of Transporta

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Wagner Equipment, for the emergency repair of a loader equipment for the BIA, Navajo Region, Western Navajo Agency, Branch of Transportation, Tuba City, AZ, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).

Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811310.
