Sources Sought Notice, Heavy Equipment Repair This is a Sources Sought notice only. This is not a request for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The Government will not provide any reimbursement for responses submitted in response to this Source Sought notice. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation.

The purpose of this announcement is to perform market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 811310, (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance).

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Regional Office (NRO), Branch of Acquisitions, is seeking to identify any vendors capable of providing repair and maintenance services for highway heavy equipment such as motor graders, belly dump trucks, bull dozers, backhoe loaders, compactors, and trailers. The various services include but not limited to:

replacing engines, repair parking brake and shift console, fuel filters, steering column, hydraulic control valve, blade slide shift cylinder, hydraulic tank, maintenance, tires, warning horn, etc. located in the Four Corners Area near the Navajo Reservation.
