The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Next Level Home Audio & Video, Inc. for the purchase and installation of a new fire alarm system for BIA, Navajo Region, Shiprock Agency Headquarters Office, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).

No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238210. If a firm believes that the BIA should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 17:00 p.m. MDT on May 4, 2026.
