NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Abundant Fruit Educational Services, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

BIE Mariano Lake Community School has a requirement for Abundant Fruit Educational Services, LLC to provide support to teachers with increasing student achievement for SY25-26 based upon its Abundant Fruit Educational Services, LLC copyrighted educational material. The anticipated delivery date will be June 30, 2026. Abundant Fruit Educational Services LLC has issued a single source letter indicating that there are no authorized providers of this brand-specific requirement.
