DOI/IA Use of Robotic Automation for Closeouts

Notice Regarding Department of the Interior, Indian Affairs Service Use of Robotic Process Automation for Closeouts The Bureau of Indian Affairs intends to utilize robotic process automation (RPA) to closeout contracts in accordance with FAR 4.804. The contracts the Service has identified to be closed all have an expired period of performance, are fully invoiced with a zero-dollar balance and have an overall obligation that was below the simplified acquisition threshold.

The attached list of contracts will be closed by RPA. This is an advance notice to vendors identified on the attached contract list of the forthcoming closeout action. The RPA closeouts will begin five days after the posting of this announcement. {SAM requires a response due date; however, no response will be accepted.}
