NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Willis Drilling & Pump Company., under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 sole Source.

Urgent request for replacement of water well pump that has burned out at Bread Springs Day School, currently the school water storage tank is only holding 5 days water storage to support daily school operations. The anticipated delivery is January 10, 2025. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.
