The government will be significantly harmed if immediate action is not taken to repair the sewer line. Sewage is backing up into the building which if untreated will cause water damage to the building, hazardous environment for students, and inability to occupy the building. Due to the urgent and compelling nature of this requirement a competitive solicitation will not be issued.

Technical questions will not be answered for this requirement being this is not a request for quote nor proposal and the government is not accepting quotes nor proposals in response to this notice. Any contractor information provided in response to this notice is strictly voluntary and shall be at no cost to the government.
