NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Urgent request to repair Fire Alarm Panel at The Shiprock Facility Agency building No. 1381, Shiprock, NM.

The building is open for daily operation of several departments utilized by employees and visitors. Due to safety for visitors and employees, repair of the Fire Alarm Panel is an urgency request. The anticipated delivery is September 30, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.
