Telephone Service for Pine Ridge School

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Golden West Telecommunications Cooperative for Telephone and Fax Services under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) ¿ Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required.

The Government anticipates the award of a five (5) year contract consisting of a 12-month base plus four (4) Option years which may be exercised unilaterally by the Government subject to successful past performance and the availability of current year funding. The total anticipated dollar value is $210,000.00. The incumbent contractor and intended sole source recipient has proven successful in the Pine Ridge School area. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517111. If a firm believes that BIE should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 5pm ET on August 13, 2024.
