NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Horizon Enterprise Plumbing and Heating, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.

Urgent request to repair the troubleshoot and repair of Carrier Ductless HVAC in the IT computer room that provides means of vital electronic communications throughout the Academic building, offices, classrooms and residential building at Wingate Elementary School. The Carrier Ductless HVAC unit is not working properly and overheating which cause the server room to heat up and causing internet to not function properly.

The anticipated delivery is August 30, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220.
