NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Trane U.S. Inc., under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 sole Source. Urgent request to troubleshoot HVAC Equipment. The contractor shall troubleshoot HP 4, 17, 19, 23, 25, 27, 28, 31, HRU and MAU 1 at Ojo Encino Day School, NM.

The listed Trane equipment is not working and troubleshooting each equipment is needed to identify the deficiencies. The contractor Trane has services the TRAN HVAC unit as a sole Proprietor. The anticipated delivery is August 30, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220.
