Notice of Intent

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Summit Fire & Security, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.

This is an urgent for Forty-six (46) 51b fire extinguisher to be inspected and conduct maintenance service with a six-year service plan for 46 Government Quarter Units located in Shiprock, NM; Nenahnezad, NM; Toadlena, NM; Aneth, UT and Red Rock, AZ. The fire extinguishers will be delivered to the local vendor who is located within boundaries of the school site locations and are able to respond quickly without delay in a timely manner to compete the work.

The anticipated delivery is July 10, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561621.
