Intent to Sole Source-Agricultural Curriculum Dev.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Haskell Indian Nations University, Lawrence, KS intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Sovereign Equity Fund under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

Haskell Indian Nations University has a requirement for professional services to advance and create agriculture programs that benefit Native students in pursuit of agricultural education or related experiences and certifications. Services include but not limited to curriculum development, partnering with University of Minnesota to create opportunities and design & build online courses.

There are no other known vendors for this requirement as Sovereign Equity Fund is the only known vender to provide the required services. The anticipated period of performance will be from date of contract thru April 22, 2025. The anticipated cost is $50,000.00. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.
