Intent to Sole Source-Entrepreneurship Training

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Haskell Indian Nations University located in Lawrence, KS intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with ONABEN under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Haskell Indian Nations University has a requirement for professional services to provide Training services focused on developing Indianpreneurship in Indigenous communities.

Services would include but not limited to develop and provide training curriculum materials focused on Native and Indigenous communities and deliver the training to an audience. Topics may include marketing, government, contracting, start of small business and networking for growth. There are no other known vendors for this requirement as ONABEN is the only known vender to provide the required services.

The anticipated period of performance will be from date of contract thru June 30, 2025. The anticipated cost is $65,000.00. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 611430. Any interests and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement for the requirement by 3:00pm MD on June 7, 2024.
