NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Trane U.S. Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.

Urgent request to repair the TRANE HVAC by removing the obsolete Tracer Summit master controller and replace with the latest Tracer SC + Web-Based Master Controller for the building automative system (BAS) graphic interface at the Pueblo Pintado Community School. The contractor Trane has been servicing the Trane HVAC units as Sole Proprietor. Trane is the only company allowed to work on this proprietary HVAC Building Automative System.

The anticipated delivery is June 30, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220.
