Notice of Intent

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Wagner Equipment Company under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Emergency request to repair generator at Tiis Ts’ Ozi Olta (Crownpoint) Community School. The generator is not working currently, it provides power when electricity goes out.

Wagner is the manufacturer of the caterpillar generator located at the school. The anticipated delivery is March 29, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811310.
