NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Carrier Corporation under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Emergency request to trouble shoot HVAC system at the Eastern Navajo Dine Justice Center Complex, there is no heating in the building currently.

This work is needed for the health and safety and thermal comfort of inmates housed in the correction facility and the office staff in Law Enforcement and Courts. The anticipated delivery is March 29, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333415.
