Notice of Intent

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Northern Arapaho Tribal Industries under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. The nature of this requirement has been deemed urgent and following competitive procedures would result in unnecessary delays.

The circumstances of this contact action deem only one source is reasonably available. BIE has a need for internet service at St. Stephens Indian School in St. Stephens, WY. The Contractor will provide 1Gig dedicated fiber optic internet service which is necessary to allow for school operations. The anticipated delivery is January 31, 2025 No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.
