Request for Lease Proposal # DOE-SC-L0001

The Department of Energy is seeking proposals for office space in Oak Ridge, TN. We are looking for 38,987 ABOA Sq. Ft. / 45,225 RSF Sq. Ft. of space that meets the following requirements: 47 offices not to exceed 150 usable sq. ft. each; allow space for 144 cubicles not to exceed 100 usable sq. ft.; and provide office support areas. Ideally the offeror will have a Server Room with associated equipment (e.g. Uninterruptible Power Supply) available as part of the lease. Parking spaces total 210, full term of 10 years, firm term 5 years, option term is one five year option.
