Department of Defense Child Development Center Program Improvements

This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning, and market research, purposes only. The Department of Defense (DoD), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) is currently conducting market research by seeking capability statements from potential and eligible businesses that can provide the product described herein.

This RFI is full and open but potential sources include small business (SB), manufacturers, suppliers, daycare and child development centers owner/operators, 8(a) certified businesses, HUBZone, Economically Disadvantaged Woman?Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB), Woman?Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Joint Ventures, Mentor?Protégé programs, and/or Service?Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

Responses to this research will aid in the determination of the market’s ability to deliver improvements to the DoD planning, design and construction of Child Development Centers (CDCs). See attachment for further information.
