VA seeks sources to lease approximately 5,000 to 5,250 ABOA Square Feet, no more than 5,500 RSF (rentable square feet) of space and 24 reciprocal on-site parking spaces for use by VA as a Vet Center, within the delineated area explained below. If on-site parking cannot be accommodated, parking must be available within ¼ mile of the offered building, as determined by the LCO. The space shall be of contiguous office space in a professional and aesthetically pleasing Building.
Space offered must be in a quality building of sound and substantial construction, either a new, modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. Space shall be in a prime commercial office space with attractive, professional surroundings. Streets and public walkways shall be well maintained. Space shall be located on the ground floor OR building with an existing elevator if above the ground floor.
