The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for twenty-two (22) superglue fuming chamber with UV contamination that are brand new and to be certified to the manufacturer’s Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specification. OEM is Foster & Freeman. See “Minimum Technical Requirements” for full details.

This announcement constitutes the only notification of the ATF’s intent to solicit on a sole source basis. A formal combined synopsis/solicitation will not occur. All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor.

This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12—Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The notice of award and the written sole source justification will be posted after award.
