RFI: ATF Real-Time Phone and Subscriber Tool

This Request for Information (RFI) as identified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201 (c)(7) is issued solely for market research and planning purposes. It does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quotes. ATF is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.

The objective of this RFI is to obtain submissions that can provide ATF a real-time phone subscriber tool designed to offer uninterrupted access, ensuring 24/7 availability to its web-based database, platforms, and systems, catering to the needs of up to 300 computer users and 100 SMS-MMS users (via text messaging) for the rapid delivery of real-time reliable information for real-time event and risk detection.

The platform must comply with National Institute of Standards and Technology, (NIST), when considering the use of passphrases and enforce (18)-character minimums for all accounts. Multi factor authentication shall also be used where technically feasible.

Additionally, to enhance user support, the contractor is expected to provide comprehensive help-desk assistance accessible via phone or email, ensuring any issues or concerns are promptly and efficiently resolved with a maximum resolution time of 48 hours from the time the issues is reported.
