Draft PWS Review Needed for ATF Geospatial Services

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is requesting assistance is building a Base and Task Order Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a future requirement. Please review the two attached PWS and provide feedback, ask questions, or suggest improvements. The PWS is to support specific scientific and technical services of the National Geospatial Intelligence Branch, Criminal Intelligence Division, ATF.

Included in this requirement are services such as Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing, including analysis and development, data management, data entry, and data acquisition. This is a non-personnel service. The contractor shall assist in performing various scientific and technical aspects of Geographical Information Systems Development and Analysis, and support of the National Geospatial Data Branch in Washington DC.

The contract requires a contractor to furnish all planning, supervision, and labor to perform Geographical Information Systems Development and Analysis, and support of the National Coastal Mapping and Dredge Quality Management Programs. This Special Notice is issued solely for market research and planning purposes. It does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quotes. ATF is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.
