Dry-Ice Nuggets

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract pursuant Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if it is determined, only one source is reasonably available to satisfy agency requirements. The Defense Health Agency intends to award on a sole source basis a firm fixed price Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Lake Boone Ice Company, LLC, for supplies of Lake Boone Ice Company, LLC, audio, and video equipment & installation.

The period of performance is a Base Period September 30, 2024, through September 29, 2025, and Four-Option Periods, ending September 29, 2029.
