Maintenance of Endoscope Ultrasound & TJF Duodenscope Equipment

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract pursuant Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if it is determined, only one source is reasonably available to satisfy agency requirements. The Defense Health Agency intends to award on a sole source basis a firm fixed price Purchase Order to Olympus America, Inc. for the preventive maintenance and service of Government-owned Olympus America, Inc. medical equipment devices.

The period of performance is a Base Period August 5, 2024 through August 4, 2025 and Two-Option Periods, ending August 4, 2027.
