Maintenance & Exchange Service Plan

The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Northeastern Healthcare Operations-Contracting Division (NEHO- CD), Falls Church, VA on behalf of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 251 as implemented in FAR 8.405-6(b)(2) – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency Requirements; intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, sole source procurement to purchase the M5 Microdebrider Drills and Exchange Service Plan with Medtronic USA.

No Request for Quote (RFQ) will be available for competitive quotes. Phone calls are not accepted. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider responses to this notice within three days of this posting. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement N.L.T. Thursday, 12 September 2024 at 10:00 AM EST, to Rhonda Cato, rhonda.r.cato.civ@health.mil.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS and no solicitation exists for this requirement. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the government's discretion. Information received will usually be exclusively considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
