The Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration (EIA), intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products to Zen Innovations AG to acquire a subscription to The Global Trade Tracker (GTT) for unlimited users. Global Trade Tracker offers a powerful web-based access to original trade statistics from the world’s principal trading countries giving analysts a clear objective picture of global trade flows.

Advanced search tools provide merchandise trade data for more than eighty-five of the world’s major economies at the most detailed level of harmonized code for every commodity. The GTT trade database is maintained in real-time for 200+ countries. A subscription to GTT includes access to graphical user interfaces and provides import/export trade statistics for almost every country in the world. The anticipated period of performance will be a base year with four one-year options.

This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with strong and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the company’s ability to satisfy this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response.

If no responses that demonstrate comparable capability are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, then a sole source acquisition award will be made. Responses to this notice must be sent to Katherine.Bowen@hq.doe.gov.
