AI Talent 2.0 On Ramp

The United States Government (USG) is on-ramping for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Talent 2.0, the offerors shall meet the criteria in which the initial BOAs were awarded. The purpose of reopening this solicitation is to form multiple Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) with Offerors who can provide AI Talent services available to the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), Department of Defense (DoD), and the entire USG. This is a commercial acquisition.

The BOA is open for ordering to the USG in support of AI Talent services. This is a decentralized vehicle that is established for decentralized ordering. Please note that Attachment 0001 contain the instructions and evaluation criteria. Attachment 0002-0004 are for reference and contain PWS information. Attachments 0005-0007 are for reference and contain questions and answers from the original solicitation and amendments.

Attachment 0008 is for reference and is a conformed copy which encompasses the original solicitation and amendments 0001-0003. Please also note that this is Amendment 0004 to the original solicitation, but is the first amendment for on-ramping, so if follow up amendments were to occur, the next would be 0005 and so forth.
