Intent to Sole Source - LIFT Aviation Helmets

Intent to Sole Source to Fairway Import-Export, Inc. DBA: LIFT Aviation Technologies, Inc. The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action for the procurement of the following commodity: LIFT AV2.2 Base Matte Carbon (meduim & large) as well as Domestic LIFT AV2.2 NGFWH Training. Please see Sole Source Justification for more information. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source procurement action under NAICS 336413 and is not a request for competitive proposals.

Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by posted due date to listed POC. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
