KHC PROPANE DELIVERY SERVICES

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit, located at US Highway 160, South milepost 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to provide reliable propane delivery service on an as-needed basis, this contract will be a Base Year with (3) Three Option years.

Base Year:

04/01/2025 – 12/31/2025, First Option Year:

01/01/2026 – 12/31/2026, Second Option Year:

01/01/2027 – 12/31/2027, and Third Option Year: 01/01/2028 – 12/31/2028. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 324110 with a small business size standard of $1,500. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00089 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on 03/04/2025.

Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, professional certifications, past performance. Quotes will be due on or by 03/07/2025 at 12:00 P.M. (EST). The acquisition is a Small Business set aside.
