Notice of Intent - USAID Sri Lanka PARTNER Activity

USAID intends to negotiate a non-competitive modification to contract number 72038319F00001 increasing the Total Estimated Cost and Period of Performance for the USAID PARTNER Activity.

This Task Order (TO) was awarded to Deloitte Consulting LLP on August 28, 2019, under the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award 7200AA18D00009 with an end date of September 27, 2024. The proposed modification will extend the contract period of performance by 12 months from September 27, 2024, to September 26, 2025, and increase the Total Estimated Cost (TEC) of the contract to allow the continued provision of services during this period.

This notice is being published as the envisioned modification will increase the TEC and extend the TO period of performance beyond the basic IDIQ contract’s stated period of performance and ordering period. See attached for full description.
