Effective February 11, 2026, the in-person industry day originally scheduled for February 19, 2026, has been postponed. We are now planning to hold the event in late March 2026. To assist with our planning, please confirm your interest in attending by emailing us with the attached updated registration worksheet. Your feedback is crucial, and we will provide a final date as soon as it is available. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
NOTICE – Please be advised that the scheduled Industry Days are contingent upon the availability of federal appropriations. In the event of a lapse in appropriations or a government shutdown, the events may be postponed or canceled. The Government will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by attendees in preparation for these events. Please monitor this posting for any updates regarding the status of the events. The Old Guard (TOG) 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment is hosting Industry Days to provide additional information on an upcoming requirement for Caisson Wagons.
A virtual session will be held on 05 February 2026, followed by an in-person session on 19 February 2026. The U.S. Army Caisson Detachment conducts memorial affairs operations in support of all Joint Services in Arlington National Cemetery to honor our Nation’s fallen service members and their families. On order, the Caisson Detachment provides assets in support of State Funeral missions and key strategic engagement ceremonies in and beyond the National Capitol Region.
Caisson wagons are required for the Detachment Soldiers to complete military funerals, fulfilling their daily mission. These scheduled Industry Days are open to both large and small business categories and will provide the opportunity for a presentation to get an overview of the Caisson Wagons requirement. REGISTRATION Registration for attendance for the virtual and/or in-person Industry Day is required.

If unable to attend either Industry Days, written questions can be emailed to the Contracting Team at usarmy.jbsa.acc-micc.mbx.tsc-div1@army.mil.
