BANKING AND DEPOSIT SERVICES & DISBURSEMENTS

The District of Columbia Courts (the Courts) are seeking a qualified Contractor to provide banking services that include deposit services and disbursements. The Contractor must meet the following minimum requirements: 1. Be a Federal or District of Columbia chartered financial institution 2. Be a member of the Federal Reserve System and have access to all services; 3. Be a depository of Public Funds 4. Be accessible to the public and have branches located in the District of Columbia 5. Be a full service member bank in good standing among other comparable banks; andbe capable in excess of the limits established by the Federal Deposit InsuranceCorporation (FDIC). 6.
