Intent to Sole Source: Ramsoft PACS Technical and Licensing Extension

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) hereby submits a Notice of Intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to provide an annual licensing agreement with technical support for Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) of Tele-radiology program of electronic medical images for the following facilities: Albuquerque Area Office. 4101 Indian School Road NE, Suite 225, Albuquerque NM 87110 Acoma Health Center.

80 B Veterans Blvd, Pueblo of Acoma NM 87034 Albuquerque Indian Health Center. 801 Vassar Drive NE, Albuquerque NM 87106 Jicarilla Service Unit. 500 Mundo Road, Dulce NM 87528 Mescalero Service Unit. 318 Abalone Loop, Mescalero NM 88340 Santa Fe Service Unit. 1700 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe NM 87505 Zuni Comprehensive Health Center. Route 301, North 21 B Avenue, Zuni NM 87327 Period of Performance is for base year of 12 months.

The estimated total value of this requirement is below the simplified acquisition threshold. The sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirements and is based on market research.

Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of agency. The determination not to complete the proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received normally will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
