AWARD NOTICE: Fuel Cards service for the U.S. Embassy Brasilia, Brazil

The American Embassy – Brasilia has completed its analysis of the quotations submitted in response to the subject solicitation. We determined the award based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offer to the Government. Our decision is based on the technical and price factors established in Section 4 of the solicitation.

1. The U.S. Embassy website and The SAM.gov was used to invite firms to participate in the solicitation.

2. The Government received a total of 03 quotations.

3. The contract has been awarded to:

Pluxee Brasil 4. The award covers fuel cards management services for the American Embassy Brasilia. The total price for the basic period from December 01, 2024, until November 30, 2025, is BRL R$ 697,500,00. The total contract price, including the base and all options is BRL R$ 3,487,500.00.
