The contractor shall use a labor force, with the appropriate skills to meet contract requirements. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, transportation, materials, supervision, and all other items and non- personal services necessary to perform diagnostics and repairs of the Control Area Network of the Engine Control Module and Governor Control Module as needed to restore the vehicle to a safe and serviceable standard outlined in TO 36-1-191.

18 LRS will provide the facilities and space for the contractor to perform their services. The contractor shall be responsible for the safety and accountability of all its employees and provide all required personnel protective equipment.
