The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office (TTO) is sponsoring an Industry Day to provide information to potential proposers on the objectives of the second phase of the DARPA Persistent Optical Wireless Energy Relay (POWER) program, in advance of a planned Program Solicitation for Phase 2.
