Sync Proposers Day Announcement

DARPA will host a Proposers Day in support of DARPA-PS-24-23, Sync program on October 1, 2024, at the Amentum/CENTRA Technology Conference Center at 4121 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA, 22203 from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The purpose of this conference is to provide information on the Sync program; promote additional discussion on this topic; address questions from potential proposers; and provide a forum for potential proposers to discuss teaming opportunities with other attendees.

The conference agenda will be split into two sessions, with the morning session held at the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level and the afternoon session held at the COLLATERAL SECRET level. The agenda is as follows:

• 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Attendee Check-in • 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: CUI to include Program Overview, DARPA Contracts Management Office, and Other Transaction for Prototype agreements (OT) Overview • 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Lunch on your own • 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM: COLLATERAL SECRET to include Security Overview, Classified Program Addendum, DARPA Expectations, and Question & Answer
