Description

As published on SAM.gov.

DARPA seeks innovative proposals for the Dynamic Optimization for Defense of Ground bases using Electromagnetic warfare (DODGEball) program. The DODGEball objective is to dynamically optimize countermeasures for the defense of ground bases with advanced feedback sensors. Execution of DODGEball will likely include developing algorithms, sensor hardware, and models to be evaluated in a simulation environment. See instructions in section 1.3 to request the classified addendum for further program information.

DODGEball is a 21-month program organized into a single Base Period with the potential for follow-on Expansion period(s). DARPA anticipates up to three performers will receive Base Period awards, and only the most promising approach(es) may be selected to move on to potential Expansion(s).
