U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is Seeking a 5-Year, Full-Service Office Lease in Brunswick, Georgia

The U. S Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a One-year, full-service lease with Four (4) option years beginning on or after October 1, 2024. Location of the property must be in Brunswick, Georgia. The space should contain approximately 600-1,500 square feet (SF) +/- of office space.

The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations, along with all safety and security standards set forth in the lease. Must use Government Lease. **This is not a solicitation for Real Estate Representation.
