U.S. Government Land Required: 4-5 Acres – Smartsville, CA

The U.S. Government currently occupies land and related space under a lease that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous.

In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

The Government requires a full-service lease for: A minimum of 4 acres and a maximum of 5 acres of land near Englebright Dam in Smartsville, CA for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. Lease term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights. Exclusive on-site parking for up to four (4) government owned vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
