(DACA63-5-26-0038) US GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED RETAIL AND RELATED SPACE IN AMARILLO, TX

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease around 6,892 rentable square feet of existing retail space, in the Amarillo, Texas area, or in proximity. The ideal space would fit the following building specifications: in compliance with all federal, state, and local ordinances; force protection standards, in compliance with Department of Defense's Unified Facility Criteria; outfitted with either designated or open parking. An initial five year lease is intended. Expressions of interest should include the following:
